They all have the same picture - the Occy ring picture. Are these newly duped Constricting rings safe to get, or do you need to perm them? I figured since the last time they dropped was probably .07 - then they're good and safe to get without having to worry about them disappearing. Am I right?

I'm from USEast but rings don't get ID numbers therefore, they can't dissapear.
