I'm sorry, I wasn't even thinking about a PSkull. Two Perfect Skulls negate the drain life effect of the C-Ring, so that's a good way to get it done.

BUT...Throw two sockets out the window (which would have given 48% gain with PTopaz) and trade for an extra 50% on top of the occy ring is only an extra 2%. You gain more resist, but lost a lot of plus skills.

In my oppinion, sticking with the occy rings and not the constricting rings is more worthwhile.

Yes, but the more resitances you gain with the C-Ring is less Um runes and P-Sapphires you have to use, giving you more sockets for P-Topazs, plus the space you would use for resistance charms can go to more 7% smfcs.

I have a Constricting Ring... just cost me 6x 3/20/20 + 2x 290 sc's. It was a big chunk, but i feel it wsa well worth it

The thing about C-ring is that its lvl 95 that means that only baal and the necro in act 5 i can't spell his name could drop it how many days did the ring drop when the patch first came out

Nihlathak is only level 90, I think. The only monsters that were able to drop the ring were Pindleskin and Baal.

The ring dropped for a good 3 weeks before Blizzard removed it.....VERY shortly after they removed it, however (like, a matter of hours), they patched to 1.08 anyway. =p

Yep. Hell, I'm happy as all get-out just with my two occy rings. If I ever manage to get a C-Ring, I'll be happier, but I'm not complaining now.
