Are there any good free video editing softwares to edit gameplay footage on elgato?
I know nothing about these things, so would need some help lol

e: I mean, to edit video footage captured on elgato, on computer.

Sony Vegas is the best for general non-linear editing - it has robust features and a very easy-to-follow timeline that you can work with.

After Effects is amazing - its probably my favorite program ever created. But AE is not easy. Its hard because of the endless limits that it boasts.

Also check out Particle Illusion [for quick effect edits], Adobe Premiere [good for beginners], and Final Cut [if you're using a Mac (ew)],

And for 3D (in order of difficulty from hardest on the left to easiest on the right): 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender
