Just re size it to your screen resolution size
Since your jsp profile is basically just as big (minus a few pixels off the top due to the top of your browser and off the sides due to the scroll bar)
it will also look different for people with smaller/bigger screens

A good way to make it fit right in for your view would be to screen cap your jsp profile, open it in paint or PS and take the background you want and scale it to fit your profile page
If you want it to look good on any screen, 1920x1080 should be a general size

Also make sure when you upload the image, that it doesn't scale down
Some sites such as photobucket will scale it down if it's too big(unless you upgrade to a premium account last I checked)

I did resize it to my screen on TinyPic and it still didnt' work, and that would be where I would have to upload it to if I customized it in paint right?

Thank you very much for answering this btw :hail:

Its too small
Also doesn't look like you scaled it up at all, but if you did it would be extremely pixelated
Would be best to find a bigger one on google or something

Wow you are awesome, thank you so much. I have no idea how you did that, but I'm calling it voodoo
