So I thought I'd give photoshop a try and to start off, I've been making signatures. Here's a few that I've done.

Glow rarely works well on renders... All three of those look like the render was just pasted onto a background and lack any sort of blending at all. All three lack depth, the first two lack lighting, and the text on the first two is just out of place and distracting. The third is probably the best... Definitely keep reading tutorials and practicing, looks like a decent start I suppose.
