was wondering if anyone uses this program im having some problems with it... wanted to see if i could find some help here

I use gimp mostly for my pixel icon animations but I have basic knowledge of how to work it.
What exactly is your layering problem?

not that much but heard that it really gets a very nice editing of the image and it also has some tutorial too.

I use Adobe photoshop cs6 portable it's pretty sweet!
