no idea who else to ask about this so i'm gona post it on here.

i saw this simplified tutorial:

and I saw the in depth one but I still can't get past the 1st step.

How do you get the shape to look like that WITHOUT using a C4D?

Can you do this using a brush? I tried it myself but it seems like it always comes out too feathered.

How can I make a brush give me solid backgrounds?

How can I get shapes like:

Use irregularly shaped brushes + erasers and keep brushing/erasing until you like the shape imo
I dunno how exactly you'd do it but that's what I would do

Yeah that's what I've been trying to do, problem with that is that the brush is too 'soft', so when deleting it, it makes a smooth look. Not sharp x.x
is there a way to change the setting of the deleting brush? like make it sharper instead of feathered?

that's the part i'm missing to be able to figure out how to do these sigs.

TY though!

You should be able to mess around with the brush settings and with the hardness/softness
But I would just try messing with multiple brushes
