i use adobe cs6. Got everything and more you need. Not the most easy one but it works very good.

They're all pretty similar as far as tools that you'd use for signatures go.

It's not really free. That was a misunderstanding. Technically they've all been free anyway. :p

Honestly I've always used CS2, I always go back to it. Now it's 'free', even better.
