i´m using photoshop cs6 (i´m kinda new to it)

is there a add on for it (some1 talked about addons) or frame by frame?!

i do it with the animation toolbard (Window->Animation)

basically you do it frame by frame, with outer glow or stroke, etc
also playing with the size and amount with have diff effects
and you just increase the size with each frame, then step it back down
