how do you make the cars "move" like in his sig

I would assume the person who made the sig did one of two things. He either lives in toronto and took multiple pictures of traffic as it went by. Cut and paste the different cars into his photo and made it a gif. Or he was able to find the stocks online. Either way he had access to multipule photos take from a stable camera ( tripod ) and used those to make them seem to move. Hope this helps.
