I've seen a lot of sigs around here with some pretty neat borders. I'm fairly new with photoshop, and I don't quite know how to do anything other than a generic border. I was wondering if anyone had the time to shine some light on a PS noob or maybe just link me to a guide >.>? thanks in advance~

Stay away from borderless (ones that aren't rectangular) tags. They are extremely hard to make look good, and I've only seen 1 or two people who can do it well.
