I need to have a bunch of characters from games on the same background. I.e. i want dots 2 heroes on a collage background with d2 people. I cant just copy and paste how do I do this? Basically just looks epic altogether

cut out the characters using a path with the path tool. then make a selection of the path and create a layer mask so that just your selection will remain visible.
