I use photoshop (cs5) and i think i touch something in the setting >< ^^. I see everything in gray why ? and how could I remove it ? ^^

Go to Image -> Mode
If the Grayscale is checked off, change it to RGB Color

That's all I know, sorry if it doesn't help

That's probably it, but maybe you clicked on the channels layer and have deselected certain colour channels! just make sure they're all turned on

menu > windows > channels
