I like them all, but if I had to critique:
-First one, the effect c4d seem a bit out of place, especially the blue spots/stars/bubbles. Have you tried fitting it more in the colourscheme?

-With the third sig the render doesn't blend in that well with the rest of the sig, you tried it with the hand but the blending around the body is lacking.
