Assuming your using photoshop, I will try to explain without having to open the program myself. You can just do a black and white filter over the image, there are a few ways to do that in photoshop, and then to get the yellow glasses, you can just do a hue and saturation layer, set it to the yellow color, and put a mask over it so it only shows up over the glasses.

yeah i am using photoshop and i will try the mask out thx!!
