yea i just read that one, just missed the reply - I don't quite understand the logic, but it has rendered signature selling not worth the time.

in the real world when a client asks for something, 100 bidding firms don't go ahead and spend their time on a finished product - just to enter it into competition for a chance at payment. that's counter intuitive and bad business
