So we bought this paper called inkjet paper, but its glossy.

So we want to find photos of NFL players, like so

We want to take any photo we find, and resize it to an 8x10 so we can print it on this paper, but we have NO idea how. Help us please!

Do you have photoshop, or paint, or anything?
