Most good fonts and brushes you have to buy. Deviant art is sometimes a good source for brushes and things. Dafont is a popular site for free fonts but print designers dislike them due to quality issues sometimes. Also, look up the google web font project for some cool web safe fonts available.

To install fonts, just double click them and install, or use a font management software like font book or suitcase fusion.

For brushes I think you can just double click the brush file and append or overwrite them.

I guess while were on the topic of brushes.

I have a ton of brushes... how can I get PS to put them into files. Currently I have to unload them and then load them 1 at a time to get them at a viewable manner (as in I have more brushes than screen size).

While doing that is an option, I would much rather just be able to organize them by type within PS.

Place all of the ABR files within the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Presets\Brushes --- or wherever your PS is installed.
.....................................................................................................^^^^Only use (x86) if using a 64bit OS.
close/reload ps, and they should be in the brush selector menu.
