Get rid of the blevel emboss and the text (only add text, if it blends in really well - typography is really hard to master)
Make sure to work on your focal and blend him in more (avoid adding the entire render on the canvas, usually half of it should do the trick for better quality)
Another thing is flow, make sure that you work it out in your tag - your current is very chaotic

make sure when you resize something you Ctrl + T AND HOLD SHIFT.

that will avoid mushed renders and what not.
