To try and upload and post a picture do the following:

First start of with having a picture/image saved that you want to upload or post.
You could screenshot new images, but you can upload them from your phone/camera to your laptop.

Now go to: Tinypic.com, Photobucket.com (account needed for Photobucket) or Imgur.com.
Here click the upload button and start browsing through your pictures/images.

Once you found one you want to upload, double click on it.
Now click the "start upload" button or something similar to that.

It will now start uploading and you will be sent to another part of the website with your picture it's links. (Forum board links, Direct links, website links and more).

Now copy the "DIRECT LINK" and make a post.

You can add your picture by puting the direct link in between the [IMG][/IMG] tags, like this:
