Hi,

i started to use PS again lately and i have to admit i feel pretty rusty. Anyway i wanted to create some sort of a frame -> i mean to create this thing boarder which looks like if there was a hole scratched (e.g. the forum) and something underneath it.

Sorry for my poor description, my english is not as good as i would like it to be.

ok i wrote this pretty early in the morning makes not really much sence

so what im looking for is to creat this kind of an scratch / hole effect, where i can place e.g. my signature in a kind of boarder which makes it look like its directly behind the actual board/forum. i'm really struggeling to explain that exactly
