Lets see, where should I start.
Colors are bad!
Border is a rookie mistake!
Effects are random!
No blending.
No compo.
No lightsource.
No flow.
Dont do text for a while.

This, tuts tuts tuts...It's a very flat image, needs blending on ALL effects...Random though they are. Text is smaller simpler better. none = best. Trust me, I have only been at it around a month and still know NOTHING but this...Tutorials should become your bible.
