how do i make my letters in my siggy shine?

i cant get it to figure it out...

another way of saying it is....

how do i add affects to my text in my siggy so it shines?

i cant get it to figure it out...

Right click on your text layer and pick "Blending options"
You will have all sorts of options, what you want to look for is "Outer Glow"
I do not recommend using this though, It draws your eye too much away from the focal.
