I don't really know what I am doing, should I use online tutorials for learning Photo Shop first, then come back here for signature learning, because right now I have no idea what the tools even mean yet. :(

seems like you got it illegally, else you won't be reading the manual now ^^

Maybe the manual exists as a adobe reader file
