how to make animations in photoshop.

You can see it as the moon spins around the earth.
But lets see it as my point, I want to learn how to make animation:

there will be one ball
and then there will be letters going around the ball like the moon does around the earth.

do you understand? Could somebody get me a tutorial cuz I can't find any...

It won't provide you the exact answer - but It shows how to manipulate the animation frames
As in for your question: duplicate those layers and within each one, move your text to a different position
so for frame one : text is at its default location
frame two: text is moved a little to the left/right
frame three: text is moved more to the left/right
and so on.
