OK, I want to be able to retouch photos someday, and make tons of images for the web. I literally -just- got a hold of my copy of Adobe Photoshop CS and installed it. (download)

I opened it up, and I have no idea where to start. I don't know how to do use any of the tools yet.

My question is this: Where/how do I start!?!!?!? I know that the more I mess with it, the better I'll be able to use it, but as it stands I just feel LOST!

Suggestions/ links / references greatly appreciated.

A great place I started when I was first learning photoshop was pixel2life...tons of tutorials and a great place to start.

Learn how to use adjustment layers to correct colors and light balance. Learn to use clipping masks to control these corrections to be more or less in certain areas of the image. Learn all of the patch/healing/clone stamp tools to correct blemishes and remove unwanted objects from them. I would use youtube or other video tutorials.
