I know theres a guide on how to do this, anyone have a link?

It looks like there is a layer with some white splatter (splatter brush)
Then there is a layer with the red leaf (another brush)
On top of all of this there is a layer of text set in a diagonal direction ( ctrl + T )
Once you have the text, hit ctrl + alt + g for clipping mask
Use 100px black softbrush ( 30% op ) to darken the edges ( or filter -> render -> lighting effects -> omni at a low scale, this is not recommended though ).

A Typograhpy..?

It's kinda simple

Main work could be Clipping mask.

fill a background with black, on a new layer, type a bunch of text, then ctrl+ and rotate it 45% or whatever, then on a new layer, paste in the picture you want to use to overlay your image, then set it to color dodge, then put a radial white->black gradient on it, set to multiply, viola!

Shit just got nero'd.
