Have you tried youtube or google?
I found some good help vids for GIMP photo editing on youtube when I was looking on how to do some editing.

Anyone know how to convert a captivate cs5 video to after effect cs4 ( said this when im trying to put the video with adobe bridge : Error: After Effects error: File "untitled_demo1.cptx" is not a valid file type for import

Ima dn8 if it works
