Is there any type of brush that makes electricity like this?

If there is send me a download or tut on how to make it plz and thnx

Try pentooling lines like that then adding a layer with a brushed color over top of it, set to screen/linear dodge/color dodge etc.

Otherwise check deviantart, Im sure someone has brushes like that.

cud u explain "set to screen/linear dodge/color dodge etc." to me. Im noob at photoshop so i dnt know half the things on there

In the layer pallet, look for a drop down box that says, "Normal". You'll find linear dodge and a bunch of other options in there.

use pencil at 80% and brush over it after with linear
