I'm trying to add words to an avi file. I want the words to appear as the person on the video mouths the mouths.
After that's done I want to save it as an animated gif file.

Sooo can anyone give some tips on how to get this done?

Let's say I want a word to appear after layer 20, last til 40, and after 40 I want a word to be added to the one that was already there and so on until the sentence is complete.
