I have a 2d picture of a charc. I want to make that into a 3d. I know there is a program where I can input the 2d picture and it will scan it and give a 3d version of that charc.. what program would i buy to do that?
here is an example of a picture i found of something i would want to do ..

I don't think this is possible without much time put into it such as rendering a whole image as if you where making it for a video game.
