For starters I only have photoshop elements..So when i do animations i have to create each layer and then save as a gif file yatayata....
Adding animation to this


But when i do so it comes out like this, With the additional white crap around it..which as you can see isnt in the original..



Could anyone tell me why its doing this, or what the solution to the problem would be..or even if i can fix it since i only have photoshop elements

See if there is a "matte" setting.

I got the same result as you in photoshop with matte color on white. Try to put "none" if you can.

I have no idea how photoshop elements looks like, but in photoshop cs3 you get it when you use "save for web and devices"

I see where your talking about now, thanks a bunch guys for the help, probably never would have noticed this lol
