Was thinking something like this



From scratch adding those glows and such. Basically taking images off the internet an piecing them together to make it look like a movie poster.

Requirements are :
It has to be 8x8 printing size or more.

like 1 hr if u did a good job with a simple design concept like that

Any ideas how i cud take some background like the one in 21 and such

hmm idk like bend and distort some images of buildings and/or railing and overcontrast the hell out of it / give it some blur
for bright lights just use a gray (999999 color code) with a soft brush on a layer set to linear dodge, copy the layer to get it brighter if needed / lower opacity if needed

Not easy I am assuming.

wouldnt take long if you have the photo you want on the cover already picked out.
