I was wondering if anyone knew how to create a word out of background text. I basically need a layer with a bunch of repeating text to have an overlay of a word that isn't a solid object. Like
"asdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdf
asdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfa
asdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfa
asdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfasdfa"
and in the middle you can see a "word" like: word... in a different color but using those letters in a different color to make it... hard to explain, but i know theres a way. HELP!
??
1) add your fill text
2) add your text you want to have
3) rasterize both layers
4) set your text you want to have to a clipping mask.
