Computer > (C:) > Windows > Fonts > Yay.

Close Photoshop.

Download the font.

Extract them to the desktop.

Then follow this:
Start > Control Panel > Fonts

Now drag font(s) into the Fonts folder

Open Photoshop > Text tool > Find downloaded Text > Test it > Done.
