when I would paste something it would turn out like this:

is there a way to open a render directly to a canvas? if so how? because the tuts I'm looking at say copy paste it, and obv that's not the greatest way ^^

help of any kind is appreciated!

ok also in ger:
wenn ich ein neues canvas erstelle 400x150 dann hab ich halt das canvas fürn hintergrund.. jetzt öffne ich ein stock/render und versuche das auf das canvas zu kopieren.. das kommt dabei raus^^

kann man ein render/stock nicht direkt als neue ebene auf den canvas öffnen? oder weiss wer woran das liegt das das so klein ist?

Drag and drop the image. If it isn't a good size, resize it.

I did that too, but it's as small as copy pasting is.. I tried to resize but than its huge!
maybe i rresized it too big.. ill try it again when i get home
