How do I make mine spin in a perfect circle? like the green one.. mine kinda goes side to side, how do I fix this?

You're spinning it by the black spot on the inner; It's not directly in the centre, so to spin it around in a circle, you have to find the centre of the circle. (Make an + paste it over the image; and you got crosshairs to find centre right to the pixel) rather than spinning lobsided.

I do when I free transform the lil plus is in the centre... Idk why it keeps doing it T.T

u cant make it spin perfectly when theres a drop shadow there
it doesnt make sense for the drop shadow to rotate anyways, so try cropping the circle out and then rotating it alone
