Anyone able to direct me to a tutorial in which I may learn some productive on Photoshop CS5 Extended?

I've been using photoshop since CS2, but... I haven't picked up a damn thing...
I've checked out some of the tutorials on here, but knowing nothing about Photoshop, i'm unable to follow half of them & end up stopping..
I have over 30GB of C4D/renders/stocks/etc, so not an issue with that.

Need to make myself a non-complete-shit sig

I'l let you know if I do; I found one thats pretty explanitory, although it stillhas enough stuff I have no idea what it's talking about so couldn't finish once again.
