how do i do borders... ><

just a plain 1px border? There's a few different ways, you can just use the rectangular marque tool and use the 'fixed size' setting, and fill with color. Another way is to use inner glow, but change the blending mode to normal, select the color you want, and bring the 'choke' setting all the way up. Set the size to 1px ofc.

Many ways to play around with it, just experiment with the kind of style you want.

create a new layer, select the hole sig -->Edit--> Stroke.

it doesnt come out like a sharp line, more feathered >< blurred w.e

no?

new layer -> apply image -> edit -> stroke with location center and 100 % should be right ..
