im using photoshop cs4 and apparently in my tool box there is no smudge tool...
is it hidden somewhere?

Those arrows are there for a reason, it means theres more than one tool there.

Click and hold the one that looks like a water drop, or find out the hotkey for it (I dont use hotkeys so I have no idea)

ah thank you very much haha i knew they were there for a reason but i wasnt holding it down when i clicked so it never appeared

click + hold down was with illy, no?

right click opened in it photoshop
