I opened up a .PSD file in which where i open the text tool there is no blinking line and it wont let me type anything, and i cant change the size of the font or nothing.
the text shows in the layers panel, but not on the actual image itself, i opened a new file and tried it and the text tool works fine, but with this .PSD file it doesnt seem to be working.

I have reset the tools, reset the preferences, still problem keeps going.
