I just bought a Wacom Graphite tablet.

Plugged it in and it works fine with the pen. However, the mouse fails to work at all.

Any ideas?

yeh recheck your stuff make sure u got every thing for tablet installed cuz with my tablet
i needed every thing installed b4 it whod work on photoshop
