everytime i try to add a picture to my photo gallery it says that the photo isnt permitted... do i have to get it approved or something ?

Make sure the link end's with either .JPEG; .JPG; .PNG;.BMP or .GIF

Those are allowed files. Also make sure that the image hosting site have permitted that
