depends on your screensize. if u want a fixed one you should use your screen resolution. or use HD 1920 x 1200 / 1920 x 1080

ye i got 1280/800, but i need my profile is longer than 800px, its 2x the high ? more ? depend ?
or the bg will roll with my screen maybe ?
