im trying to find a tutorial on putting a shine effect on text and things like that

dont kno if thats what its exactly called.

if thats not what its called from what i remember something to do with layer mask and sliding it over in small motions idk lollllll any help?

animation.. kinda basic animation.. just google shining text animation in photoshop or something like that
