C4D is a program called Cinema 4D. It renders and does 3D Modeling. Very powerful program. As its applies to sigs, people create renders in the program mainly abstract object or renders and they are use in sigs. My current sig uses C4D renders.
They are easy to find, just a quick google.

Many different types of C4D renders such as:

Abstact
Bubble
Tech
Effect
Wireframe

Example:

This is a C4D abstract render. You just save the file and open it in PS and add it to you sig. Using different techinques to get specific effects.
A Copy and paste job would look bad.

Side note: Would be best to find a tutorial.

I was talking when its applies to sigs buddy. I said it does 3D Modeling. I have the program. I Know what it can and can't do. As it applies to sigs its used make renders. This is what the guy was asking. C4D and sigs...
