Hi (:
- First of all ill donate something for the guy/girl who can help me 100% trough this.
I need to know, how you can make a picture, and on that picture there is a kind of flash or something that make the picture popup with some other pictures when your mouse is "running" over it.

what kind of picture is this?
And How can i make these?
