goto Colors -> Posterize try out how hard you need to posterize - the lower the number is the less colors you will have the lower the filesize will be,

you will loose quality.

No other way than to cut off some colors.. if its borderless try to clear up the canvas

try the colorthing harder or shrink it.

Try to save it as a Jpg File, and you can resize how much Kb it is...if it's animation, I don't know anything about animations lmao.

If you open it up in paint and save it, its alot less.
