Yeah im trying to figure out how to make non rectangular borders. ive tried googling but havent been able to find anything. I use gimp but if you use ps still tell how you do it because it might help

first thing to do is in photoshop go to new file make it 400x150 select transparent now make yourself a border and fill stuf inside it go to save for wed and stuff in there save as .png-24 image and thats it gl
