these are signature created by a script (typically php). You must have a web server to host these scripts on. You load the xml data from the ladderslasher site for the character in question, then "recreate" the signature (based on an original non changing image), and stamp the data onto, and then output this newly created image to the browser requesting the signature. Simple enough?
